Greatest single seasons of TV

Mr. Robot S1

Season 1 is pretty much perfect, but Season 4 is also excellent and also has the single best episode of the series, so it's a tough call for me.

First off, despite hearing good things, I have never seen Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, The Sopranos, The Wire, or the The West Wing. My choices:

Firefly
Kolchak: The Night Stalker Season 1
Supernatural Season 2 (it was a tough choice between seasons 1 & 2)
Stranger Things Season 1
Buffy Season 3
Heroes Season 1
Stargirl Season 1 (only 1 season to choose from to date, but it is my favorite of the CW superhero shows).

Note: I need to go back and rewatch Batman: TAS, Black Sails, Chuck, Leverage, Twilight Zone (original) to find a particular season of each.

I bought both of the "Night Stalker" movies and the series, on DVD, abut 6 months ago. They're about due for a re-watch
