It's on the warlock list (in the UA Starter Spells doc), so right now it's a playtest spell. I would expect it to either be removed from the warlock list, or errata'd to have a limit in the number of elixirs a caster can have summoned at one time, before it sees publication in an official release. Or, keep it as is, but give it to all spellcasting classes, and make it clear that it can change the game to feel more diabloish/action rpg/heroic fantasy.
