I'm pretty generous. 4d6, drop the lowest, and re-roll 1's. You can roll twice and take the best of the two sets of scores and put them in any order. Also, all three of the PCs posted have had 3 increases in ability scores. Also, Souliess got a lot of bonuses to his physical ability scores for being reincarnated to a wolverine. He has a +2 ECL penalty for it.
