With your permission, I'll just play an Aasimar, with some of the race options from the SRD. Specifically the Deathless Soul one and the Scion of Humanity one.

That's 15RP, which is close enough to 16 that I'm not sweating it. :)

Also, Tailspinner, it's 'Treespeech.' Truespeech is like a constantly-on Tongues effect.

ALL: Take your time doing up a character sheet. I know it's intense. Once all four of you are done, I'll start reviewing sheets. It's probably going to take me at least a week to get through all four of your character sheets. When we have everyone's sheets settled, I'll post a RG and IC.

If everyone could please clarify on their character sheet what their 1st-level ability scores are, that would help me see if I need to offer more than 16 race points. Thanks.

So far I've mostly been working on a kobold trapsmith:

Str: 7 -2 (1 points, -4 racial)

...Mostly as an exercise in building a character in Pathfinder. The character would be invested heavily in crafting traps and poisons, stealth and ambush tactics, crossbow sniping, that sort of thing. All about working the angles and avoiding fighting close up as much as possible.

It does seem like a shame not to use the license we've been given to go wild with the Race Builder, though. I'm trying to get a handle on it, possibly to create some planar oddball sort of character who is nonetheless more of a standard take on the backstab melee rogue, mechanically speaking. As a base, something like this:

Str: 13 +1 (3 points)
Dex: 18 +4 (17 points)
Con: 12 +1 (2 points)
Int: 14 +2 (5 points)
Wis: 8 -1 (-2 points)
Cha: 13 +1 (3 points)

No racial bonuses as of yet, but probably mostly a lot of Dex, possibly some more Charisma. Mechanically, geared toward combat and maximizing the effectiveness of sneak attack. Something straightforward for my first venture into Pathfinder.

I think I correctly apportioned the 15 race points he gave us.
