I strongly recommend playing through the single player campaign, being as it really gets you used to the system. You will not believe how useful a buffed up summoned creature is in that game...it's like having a second fighting henchman! Especially as a high level cleric when you can give, say, an empowered bull's strength every day

In my solo games they are always heavy role playing. We would have sessions with no combat at all.

One of the guys I was playing with over the weekend has a monk/Rogue. That's just outright frightening in NWN.
