Extremely cheesy unlimited speed, UA permitted
This one is actually really simple. Use the same Glyph of Warding trick as in the last two versions, but store the UA spell Puppet instead. Puppet moves the hit target up to its speed, at no action cost whatsoever. You can keep moving and triggering glyphs for as long as you like. Your top speed is limited only by how many glyphs you could afford to place in advance.
Interestingly, it's almost possible to do this using fully legal means. The Infestation spell moves a target 5' in a random direction, also without using any actions on the target's part... but unfortunately Glyph of Warding can only store "prepared spells of 3rd level or lower", and Infestation is a cantrip.
