Emails received at that address are checked daily and/or forwarded immediately to more actively viewed Magi accounts. Response time depends on the query and how much discussion and investigation is needed.

Reports of misconduct should be sent as soon as possible after the incident with approximate time and the room and screen names of those involved. Transcripts or other samples are to be provided to assist in the investigation. We do not require a full transcript but a sample is useful so we can see the specifics on the complaint. We will do further research on our own.

If a transcript cannot be provided then we require detailed specifics as to the reported offense.

Please also review the Code of Conduct and the site restrictions before accusing others of breaking them, or before claiming you haven't. Please also remember that some forms of offensive behaviour are outside site rules and not subject to Magi involvement. We can't make you play nice. Please play nice anyway.
