As clumsy as the Chuck fight scene was, it was still better than any fight scene from this season's Heroes.
I was telling a friend of mine that Chuck should probably be excruciatingly sore, if not outright injured, after the fight -- it may have taught him kung fu, but it didn't make his muscles and body work that way. (Unlike Neo, Chuck doesn't get to use a Matrix-generated "body" to do his super kung fu.)
I liked the callback to the first scene of the show, and to the scene where the CIA guy (I think he was CIA, anyways) got blown up. And as geek-referential as Chuck is, they had to give the nod to The Matrix.
(Hey, I just realized -- Chuck is now an Active, kind of -- programmed with skills and knowledge he didn't previously have. Chuck is Alpha! Send him to the Dollhouse. And Casey, and Sarah. Too bad Dollhouse is probably doomed, too.)
