Maighan attacks with a longbow dealing 8 damage.

The ogre creature angrily yells "MOM! Problem!" It slams a greatclub into Kubeba for 9 damage after resistance.

A horrific amphibious fish-woman pulls the curtain back and steps into the room. She screeches out something unfriendly about "You killed ma boy!"

She casts some kind of spell making her eyes even more piercing and horrifying.

She targets Kubeba initially. He needs to make a wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or become frightened. If he becomes frightened, at the end of each of his turns before the spell ends, Kubeba must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 4d10 psychic damage. On a successful save, the spell ends.

In addition, anyone that can see the hag (including kubeba, so he has at least two saves to make) must make a similar saving throw (DC 13) or just become frightened.

 

[Kobold Stew]

Carradoc holds out his fist and points to a space close to Mom. his fist opens like a growing sphere, and as he does so a ball of flame appears and engulfs the enemy.

OOC: Fireball centered on AE 51 (should catch both creatures but not Kubeba). Damage = [roll0], dex save DC 16 for half.

OOC: Currently: HP 51+10 temp., AC 17; spells 3/3/2/1.

The hag makes her concentration save and her saving throw, the ogre does not make its saving throw.

Shaking from magical fear, Thaliss invokes a spell and centers it on the hag.

[sblock]Thaliss takes Carradoc's lead and also casts fireball on the Hag.
Elemental adept applies, so full damage even if the targets have fire resistance, and any ones are treated as twos. Damage: [roll0] dex save dc 16 for half

Hag once again makes a save, ogre does not.

The ogre is defeated. Only the hag is up. She somehow maintains concentration still.

Maighan moves to get a better look into the room (move to AM50) and faces the hag, swallowing down the unnatural fear that grips her at the creature's hideous visage...

Wis save: 1D20+8 = [8]+8 = 16

She then incants a spell, enveloping the hag in a ghostly shimmer of fey lights that buzz around her and attempt to cling to her!

(Faerie Fire on Hag, positioned far enough back to miss allies. Dex save DC 16 or all ally attacks on her are at advantage.)

She then steps back to her previous position to give people a clear path into the room.
