Everyone simultaneously attempts to attack the northern giant. The guards cumulatively deal 60 points of damage. Uric deals 25 more. I need actions from the other PCs during this round before the giant gets to act.

I'm pretty sure advantage from prone is only for melee attacks, though I'd allow it if you want to get point blank in this situation.

Ilshana shall use Vicious Mockery, which is a Wisdom save of DC 15 or take [roll0] psychic damage and has disadvantage on its next attack!

18 was the magic AC number and the giant made its save. Damage has been scored.

The giant now stands, looks at the marauding horde of small folk, and starts cleaving into them with all he has in a burning rage. (Rolling randomly for targets within reach).

Amazingly, the giant misses its first attack against a guard. His second attack splatters that man against the nearby fence, however.

The guards manage another 30 points of damage against the giant that's standing. Parties actions.

Uric shouts out "Strike quick and true lads! Send this fiend back to the wastes it came from!!!" and strikes at the giant, calling on reserves to strike faster...

These things are fire giants right? He will assume that fire does not hurt them.
