Vordahl checks the guards body and recovers a chain shirt, a longsword, a leather club, and a key.

As Silhouette leads the guard away from the cells, he willfully follows. As she speaks, he nods. When she asks her questions he answers.

"I can draw you a map and show you where they are. I'm not a very good drawer but I try."

When she mentions the reinforced cell, he shivers before replying.

"In there is Grumblejack the ogre. They caught him in the local moor and put him in that cell. Two guards died getting him into the cell."

He shivers once more before grabbing a piece of chalk and drawing a crude map on the floor.

Then he points to different places and explains what is at each place:
A. That is the guard house and has two guards and a guard dog.
B. On the roof here are two guards.
C. Sometimes at night there is a card game here with Sergeant Blackerly and some of the guards. It is usually a guard from here (A), here (B) and here (J). That leaves only one guard at each of those locations.
D. Two guards are on the wall.
E. Sometimes there is a guard here in the garderobe (toilet).
F. Two guard dogs are here in the kennel.
G. Three off duty guards are usually here.
H. Two servants are usually here preparing food.
I. This is Sergeant Blackerly's office.
J. Two guards are stationed here in the great hall.
K. This is the Warden’s tower. We don't see much of him.

Vordahl takes the long sword and chain shirt, fixating a long gaze on the more appropriate blade. He goes to the bag to find some fresh clothes and change out of his prison rags before putting on the chain shirt. He looks to Diat.

“Heretic, you appear more suited to subtlety than slaughter. Perhaps this key will be of use to you, it will be far easier to get the drop on our enemies.”

Vordahl offers the key to Diat.

“There is also a club and a dagger. It’s effective enough.”

Vordahl smiles sadistically as he wipes the dagger off on his prison rags before discarding them into a corner. He looks to Silhouette and Asseni.

“You two might want to be prepared to preserve your magic and fight with weapons. You might enjoy it.”

He gives a low, disconcerting laugh.

"What else do we need out of him?"

Silhouette looks up at Vordahl from where she was studying the map. She puts a finger to her lips, then asks the bewitched guard, "What room do the guards keep their equipment in? Uniforms...weapons...armor. There must be a place for that, yes?"

Note: The key is in addition to the ring of keys that the guard used to open the cell. The ring of keys has seven keys on it. One for each of the six cells and the last probably for cell block door.

The guard shows his first sign of conflict. He pauses a moment and then replies. "The armory? But why do you need to know where that is?"

The bag contains common clothes in each of your sizes and spell components (worth less than a 1 gp). For anyone that might require spell components or a focus for any of your spells, then you are set.

Regarding the veil, Silhouette determines that the remaining patches are:
Bullseye lantern (full, lit and shuttered)
Hempen rope (50-foot coil)
Window (2 ft. by 4 ft., up to 2 ft. deep)
Potion of cure light wounds
100 gold pieces

Note that the window patch will create a window (and therefore a hole) in a nearby wall. If there are no nearby walls, it simply turns into a common wooden window frame. It cannot be placed on a living creature however.

"That's where the evidence will be," Silhouette replies tersely. It was always so annoying when they tried to think things through. "The whole reason we're even here. Just point it out on this map you've made, and your role in this will be over...and you can go home tonight knowing that the city is safer because of you. Our hero."

Vordahl slowly approaches the guard. He maintains caution, if the guard's attention is maintained by Silhouette and the map, he will draw the long sword.
