If an "archer" is a bow specialist, what's a crossbow specialist?

Considering the number of complaints I've heard about the crossbow's inferiority to the longbow in D&D, I second "cross bowman" or "quarreler".

Bow:Archer
Crossbow:Crossarcher

Makes perfect sense. And if you take any archer's bow away and give him a crossbow, he'll be a very crossarcher indeed.

Answer: Someone who can only fire once a round.

Serious Anwer: Crossbowman or Arbalestier (but the latter technically only refers to a user of a particular type of crossbow: the Arbalest)

Also "Arblaster" (I actually wonder if that's where the word "blast" comes from? Because that Arbalest/Arblast was a really powerful crossbow.)

But I don't see what's wrong with "Crossbowmen', really. It might not be as catchy as archer, but follows the same pattern as "Rifleman" or "Gunman" or "Artilleryman"
