Silver Moon, I could easily believe that your friend is also a good friend of mine in southern NH. The only reason I know it isn't is that in 1982 we were not in college.

Well, the above story spans the years 1982-1986, but yeah, I'm sure that others have had similar experiences. My Buddy and I remained close when I was in Grad School at Babson and the years immediatley afterward when I still lived in the Boston area but we lost touch after I moved to New Hampshire. He has lived in Quincy and Brockton for the last decade or so. I still send him a Christmas card every year, but it's been a few years since I got one in return.
