Liches and their unarmed attacks.

Having a Lich heal iteself by touch is not that big of deal. It would take a standard action at least and a d8+5 is not that impressive at the levels most liches are at. Sure, if it escapes and has enough time it can totally heal itself, but it must at least spend that time doing that. It's like a poor man's fast healing.

So, personally, I'd allow it. Liches should be tough opponents and giving them a little extra power is okay in my book.

If the lich has the ability to heal itself then it is pretty much identical to having the abilty to inflict light wounds at will, which in my opinion isn't too powerful. If it doesn't then it is just a normal attack.

That's dirty. I don't know about you guys, but lichs don't repeatedly and rapidly touch themselves in my games. I'll reserve that kind of behavior until The Book of Vile Darkness comes out.
