Liches and their unarmed attacks.

So, personally, I'd allow it. Liches should be tough opponents and giving them a little extra power is okay in my book.

Or maybe he could touch himself six times witha full-round action?

If the lich has the ability to heal itself then it is pretty much identical to having the abilty to inflict light wounds at will, which in my opinion isn't too powerful. If it doesn't then it is just a normal attack.

That's dirty. I don't know about you guys, but lichs don't repeatedly and rapidly touch themselves in my games. I'll reserve that kind of behavior until The Book of Vile Darkness comes out. ;)
