Looking for a chart for deranged behavior

Normally, there's a chart in RPGs for anything, but Google-fu has let me down.

I'm looking for a chart that would let me depict people (who were violent cultists before) who have suffered from failed brainwashing efforts, leaving them unpredictable and randomly illogical. Its not something I feel like I can do off the cuff.

Any ideas where I might find one?

I'm looking for immediate behaviors the NPC would display during interactions, both combat and non. These are people whose brains have been badly damaged by drugs and botched forced brainwashing.

Edit: found it. Turned out the word I needed was 'crazed'.

I believe Warhammer Fantasy has (or at least had) pretty robust insanity rules. I have the edition that was out during the 3e D&D era and one of my characters ended up with an obsession with fire after having a traumatic experience with fire.
