Looking for a Clerical Casting Ability

I've been looking around for a cleric ability - either a feat or alternate class feature - that lets a cleric treat a hand holding his deity's favored weapon as empty when casting spells, thus allowing him to cast spells with somatic components and make touches while using a weapon and shield. Anyone happen to know where this feat/alternate feature might be found?

If I recall, there's a feat in either the PHB 2, Dragon Magic, or Book of Nine Swords (one of the three- the three books I don't have) that lets any caster use a held one-handed weapon to perform somatic components.

There's 'Somatic Weaponry' in Complete Mage. It doesn't allow you to use your weapon for touch spells, though.

In our games, you can use somatic components with a light shield or a buckler. But, you couldn't make a touch attack.
