Map Folio 3D, Assembling the Tower

Is Reiella just stupid? Trying to assemble the Tower, and finding the topper pieces roughly an inch too long in many places for the base. The Tower base pieces were labeled Tower Page 1 and Tower Page 2, while the two topper pieces are Crenulated Tower Page 3 and Crenulated Page 4.

As a sidenote, blame any errors in this post on the stupid Reiella.

IIRC, the origional pdfs had options for the tower had a couple of different tops. The Tower top is also supposed to overlap the base to create an overhang all the way arround the tower. The octagional tower displayed with the instructions is the wrong tower. It should be a picture of the square tower from the cover.
