What about movement? can multiattac be splitted between movement the same way the extra attacks do?
Let's say the mosnter has claw+claw+bite, can it move to split it between multiple targets? or even on adjacent targets? Or the 3 attacks must be against the same target?

Yes, you can split up your attacks between moves, even with multiattack.

(and a natural weapon does count as a weapon.)
