Aww. Now any party of less than 4th level won't run in abject fear of a single ghoul (if they were smart, anyway) like in the good ol' days.

They will when i houserule multiattack onto the ghoul.

What about movement? can multiattac be splitted between movement the same way the extra attacks do?
Let's say the mosnter has claw+claw+bite, can it move to split it between multiple targets? or even on adjacent targets? Or the 3 attacks must be against the same target?

Yes, you can split up your attacks between moves, even with multiattack.

If you take an action that includes more than one weapon attack, you can break up your movement even further by moving between those attacks.

(and a natural weapon does count as a weapon.)
