An even bigger version of the largest rodents in the world,
these horse-sized creatures are typically placid herbivores
that feed on grass in or near the water. Like their smaller
cousins, they swim amazingly well but are awkward on land.
They usually do not attack unless threatened.

A few jungle-based cultures may attempt to domesticate
these creatures, taking advantage of their natural swimming
ability as ship-accompanying beasts of burden.

Combat
If attacked, most of the herd will usually flee into the water,
but the dominant male (typically with advanced Hit Dice), will
defend the children and pregnant females until they can
retreat.

Carrying Capacity: A light load for a dire capybara is up to
266 pounds, a medium load, 267-531 pounds, and a heavy
load, 532- 800 pounds. A dire capybara can drag 4000
pounds.

Allright. That's a freakin' big rodent there. Again, feel free to
point out any errors.
