Nauseated actions?

Nauseated: Experiencing stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn.
Does this "single move action" mean any action under the "move action" heading, or just a move?

The whole "anything else requiring attention" throws me on this. Is pulling something out of a pack legal when nauseated? How about direct an active spell? Load a crossbow?

Loading a (light) crossbow is fine. Directing a spell is fine. Maintaining concentration on a spell is a standard action, and thus impossible.

While the examples are mostly just to clarify that standard actions are impossible, as written, swift or quickened spells are also prohibited...

This is good, our group has always just limited it to movement (a fleeing/vomiting parade). I'll have to present the idea of any move equil. action this weekend.

It has to be as simple as a single move. Seems pretty resonable considering you are about to vomit or are doing so.

Attempting a Quickened FireBLLLAARRRGHFF is a bad idea.

There are no move equivalent actions in 3.5.

Loading a light crossbow is a move action. Standing up from prone is a move action. Moving your speed is a move action.

I wonder if this is a 3.0-3.5 transition oversight? Did the 3.0 nauseated condition say "move action" or "move equivalent action"? Because if it said "move action" that meant just the move, and perhaps the editors missed this distinction in the transition.
