As it is after T2, yes. But we don't know what will change via temporal meddling/paradox, etc. between T2 and this new movie. Iexpect Cameron to keep the timeline hard and fast, given his rejection of all subsequent Terminator products. But he could stil oil a George Lucas on us and mess things up.
