Well, Ulmo's at the "one big hit from death" kind of point though - though a lot will come down to DR penetration if Desi finds him. I'm just hoping that Desi isn't acid-immune/resistant and that I can get a string of such NE opponents to make the most of that acid fog - though I'm sure soon enough there will be another NE dragon which will only need to get a good breath weapon in to finish Ulmo.
