It's come to my attention through a friend that, while physical combat isnt allowed in non combat rooms, there is nothing stateing that verbal combat cannot be performed, while i have yet to witness any verbal combat, i know that my friend is very cranky around this time of month so that said, have a good summer for those who will have vast amounts of free time

This is quite correct. Verbal combat -is- allowed as long as you just use words, not spells. Insult each other all you want as long as you keep it in-char, avoid recognizable profanity or obscenity, avoid what would count as hate-speech in modern society, and don't take it to the point of harassment (i.e., if the player PMs and asks you to stop, be sensitive to that).

You must not have been in the room with Bari. Or certain of my chars. Or several other chars I know. ;-)
