Does the divine bard get to wear armour, or is the same rules apply in the PH for the normal bard?

We've already discussed this. The divine bard has the same armor proficiency as a regular bard. Since his spells are divine rather than arcane, a divine bard need not worry about arcane spell failure for wearing armor.
