I have CS3 but Im quite horrible with PS.

Still, if you've installed the Dark11 font and open the template all you'll have to do is edit the text. Then File.. Save As.. and rinse, repeat for each of your new pages.

Another Question (Sorry to be a pain), on new pages I end up with the page name in Red text in the top left, On your templates that doesn't happen but I still see the header when I edit them. How do I make the names vanish like yours?

Cool, glad that helped!

To toggle display of the page title on the page itself, go to More Actions at the top right, and then Page Settings

Then unclick Show Page Title. Down lower you can also choose which nav-bar section to display the page in.
