[Pathfinder] Scotley's Kingmaker IC continued.

Confused, irritated, tired, muddy, and sober, Prince Liam has a hard time processing what is happening. Once the fighting starts though he stops trying to figure things out. He draws his greatsword and charges the kobold shaman with a roar!

"Never seen a purple kobold before," notes Pixie a bit mystified, from her position adjacent the shaman. Axes raised, she brings one down on 'Turtuk' with a forceful chopping motion. "Do you look the same as other kobolds on the inside?"

Kyria takes aim, studying the kobold's movements quickly, and fires an arrow at the shaman, hoping to get it off before Liam gets in too close for a good shot!

Kyria starts the fight with a well placed arrow. The Druid's timely healing seems to restore the Chief fully. Rhote's magic goes over the Kobold shaman's head. Prince Liam's blade strikes an invisible shield of force and is deflected. Finally, Pixie gets an answer to her question as she opens a wound on the Shaman's shoulder and finds him to be red inside like other Kobolds.

The chief manages to smash the Shaman a powerful blow with his club, but the shaman still stands he steps back and fires more missiles from his wand then runs for the back of the room. One strikes the chief and the other Pixie (3 damage).

Rhote follows the fleeing shaman and says in Draconic, "Now, now. Stop running off like that and go with some dignity."

The Prince runs after the retreating shaman with his sword sweeping an arc in front of him. He growls fiercely at the creature that would dare harm his companions.

With the kobold having to focus on dodging Liam's mighty swing Pixie takes the initiative to make a quick strike with one of her axes. Though the blow was good she perhaps over commits to that attack a little and nearly drops her other axe as it catches an obstacle.
