OOC: Ok, Hogarth could create one using minor Creation I think, his Domain spell. It would last 8 hours.
So, let's assume we call some horses that we tight up to each other, then we cast Globe of Invisibility and Silence. Before the Globe of invisibility expire, we will need to stop, dismiss the silence (except if Elektra can cast a silenced Globe of Invisibility) and recast Globe of invisibility and the silence spell.
Once near the shrine, we dissmiss the horses and the ropes and we walk to teh place where we can cast Dimension Door. We will have to consider we need to use verbal component to cast it, so we need to make sure no one can hear us.
