How many times can a level 4 wizard cast level 2 magic missiles?

They have 4 1st level slots and 3 2nd level slots, I think?

I only have 14psi at level 3.

To be fair, that's a lot when I only spend 2 or 3 points at a time.

So basically, having spent 2 on my defense power, 2 on the first blast and 3 on the second, I am now half out of psi.

7 points left. Two more big baddabooms, and then 1 for a wimpy followup. And then just my attack talent, which is similar in characteristics with firebolt.

Nope. I won the previous tourney at level 2, and leveled to 3. Which is the same level new characters were made at.

As far as I can tell yeah. From G10, I can move far enough to see you behind cover. The only reason for the confusion was that we didn't account for positions until halfway through, and I got my initial starting position wrong.

So the psiblast would land for 17.

Yes, he got hit for 17. But from my calculations, he shouldn't be dead, just at 6 hp or so.

I've noticed that going on the defensive is not a good idea against a Mystic. You've got to hit them hard and fast.
