Clearly, I've made some changes to OSM.
I chose to make the dragon a psionic construct because I wanted to emphasize psionics in this campaign, and I thought it fit better. That's mostly a history/flavor change, anyway.
Oddly, the character named Othi came up with the name on his own, and when he did I figured that I should change Othic's name to something a little less similar. This, of course, led to me calling the NPC "Oth-William", or similar.
