I would say no. The effects of grease do not fall into any of the categories described by the prestidigitation spell.

In a very specific circumstance, maybe. The area of effect is very small.

I would say yes, if you mean something like applying it to a cup sitting on a table, so maybe someone picking it up to take a drink might drop it.

Or if you apply it to a poker table so that the cards slide right off as they're being dealt.

Funny little things like that.
