Proposal: Allow articles that were banned due to one feat or item

Just so everybody's clear, "Hurl Breath" is an "area burst 2 within 10", which is a 5x5 square, and "Enlarged Breath" is a "blast 5", which is also a 5x5 square. Hurl Breath has not been officially errata'd to a burst 1.

Please don't let this derail into an argument over Hurl Breath, I really don't care about it. I just want the stuff that everybody agrees about to pass.

Sorry, didn't mean to sidetrack things. I just recalled some people had an issue with it turning a close attack into a ranged one and that's not as much of an issue now. As far as the burst 2? I can only assume it's a mistake as it's getting bigger makes no sense to me.
