I vote the same as JNC.

NO on the Orb of Entropy.
YES on the Assassin article, with the following clarifications/amendments:

1. Fey Death is the Dragon version, not the Compendium version. (This should be noted in the charter so people don't get confused.)
2. Bonuses for having more than one party member with a Guild feat apply even if they're members of different Guilds.[/QUOTE]

Wait, what? Seriously? If in a party someone takes Roof Runners, someone else takes Grasping Magpies, and someone else takes Wall Crawlers, they can aid another on either Thievery, Acrobatics, or Athletics, and end up with +10 to the check? That seems a lot better than the original feat.

No. When they applied that caveat, they meant characters from different 'fluff' guilds, not characters with different guild feats. For instance, Johnny Nimblefingers comes from the Roots and is a member of that halfling thief guild. Jimmy One-eye comes from Baccarta is a member of a pirate thief guild. They're from different guilds, but if both have the same guild feat, such as Silent Eyes, they can use their 'stacking' ability.

Honestly, they could have left that out, because the feats provide the 'stacking' with someone who has the same feat, regardless of actual guild membership.
