Nope. Opportunity is a special ability that lets you make an Attack of Opportunity--and you can only ever make one AoO per target per round.

IIRC, that's not true anymore in 3.5 You can only make one AOO per target per round per AOO-provoking action, but if the target takes multiple actions that each provoke an AOO, he's fair game. (if you have Combat Reflexes)
