Yep - such as the Magus's Arcane Pool ability, which "has a number of points equal to 1/2 his magus level (minimum 1) + his Intelligence modifier."

A 14 Int level 1 Magus has 1/2 (min 1) + 2 = 3 points.

A 14 Int level 3 Magus has 3/2 (min 1) + 2 = 3 points.
