Race with Int and/or Cha bonus?

I'm looking for a race with Int and/or Cha bonuses. Preferably one native to Eberron.

Best bet would be one with BOTH Int and Cha bonuses.

Anything?

FR's "Star Elf" (Races of Faerun or Unapproachable East) is an Elf race with +2 Charisma instead of +2 Dex.

FR's "Sun Elf" swaps the DEX bonus for an INT bonus.

The Half-Dragon and Half-Celestial templates (MM1) both have an INT and CHA bonus, IIRC.

The Saint template (BoED), I believe, has both as well.

Deep Imaskari

Check the golden halflings and the forest gnomes from Kalamar... the gray elves there have either +2 Int or +2 Cha.

Drow, hmmmm....

They are, indeed, technically allowed in Ebberon, as I recall, even if they are unusual.

I have to look them up. Is there a version of them with no ECL, I wonder?

Hmm. In Eberron: No idea. Kalamar drow have no ECL... int +2, con -2 IIRC.
