yes, do I need to say it explicitly?
Explicitly is good. The 10% + 1% per charge. It also means that after a point, you might as well get a new wand.

Yup point is that for small quantities of charges, scrolls are cheaper. For large quantities, just making a new one is cheaper. So this is covers the balance in between. I think it came to Wands would become more economic than scrolls at 8 charges. And only the last charging 46+ charges would be silly.

Unless i'm confused, it becomes silly by 40 charges. For the cost of adding 40 charges, you can build a new wand entirely. 10% base + 1% per charge * 40 charges = 50% of base cost, which is what crafting a 50 charge wand would cost.

Just posting this to make sure we're all on the same page. Let me know if I've got it wrong.

Here's the math behind it:
Charges Cost
45
52.5
60
67.5
75
82.5
90
97.5
105
112.5
120
127.5
135
142.5
150
157.5
165
172.5
180
187.5
195
202.5
210
217.5
225
232.5
240
247.5
255
262.5
270
277.5
285
292.5
300
307.5
315
322.5
330
337.5
345
352.5
360
367.5
375
382.5
390
397.5
405
412.5

This assumes a 10% of the creation cost up front (or 37.5 gp in this example). So at 45 charges you can see that it costs 375gp to recharge and 375gp to make a new one with 50 charges.

I got a question. Where is the advantage to recharge an item?

At some limit, if you miss 10 charge in a wand and want it full before leaving, I can understand, but when you are around 40 charges on a wand, put a little extra money and create a new!

Indeed--that's kind of the point of this system: It balances purchasing in volume by having an up-front cost to keep scrolls competitive in the low purchase range.

One thing tha could have been interesting, which make this option interesting even with high numbe rof charge, it is you don't need the feat. The object that hold the spell exist and you don't need to create it, but you still need to have access to the spell to recharge it (and all other requirement).
