The rule is that base reflex save bonus from class (and only from class) gets added to dex AC bonus.

Gnome is another dialect of sylvan. You can take a dialect as a separate language if you want so you could spend three slots on learning sylvan, sylvan (dialect elf), and sylvan (dialect gnome), if you really wanted to.

Description:
Syfer is a typical Chiao, stripes and all, he stands a little less than 6ft and is weighs 183lb. He has one visible scar running from above his left eye to his left cheek, given to him by a drunk human. He is quick to anger but shows much self control.

History:
Syfer had a normal childhood for his kind, learning the fighting tactics of his people. Shortly after becoming an adult, feeling restricted by others of his Clan, Syfer ran off to adventure the world. Taking only his tiger claws and a few of his possessions, he traveled to the closest city, in the hope of finding work. When he arrived in the city, he wandered the it looking for a place to rest. While walking, he was attacked by a drunken man, who slashed his face with a knife. In rage, Syfer killed the man and fled the city. He ran through the forest until he was forced to stop, tired from the running. Finding a safe place to sleep, Syfer passed out. Apon waking, it was night and the forest around him looked unfamiliar, like he had been moved. He got up and wandered around the new area, having not gotten the chance earlier. After wandering for the day, he looked for a place to make camp.....

Hellrazor, looks like you got the low light and skill opints fixed, but the AC and reflex save still seem to be lower than they should be:

AC should be 18 (+3 armor, +5 dex) touch 15, ff 13

(with a dex of 18 and base reflex save of +3 from 2 humanoid HD (house rule adds this to dex bonus) you have +7 dex bonus to AC, capped by max dex bonus of +5 for studded leather)

Reflex save should be increased to +7, (+4 dex, +3 from 2nd level good reflex save from 2 humanoid HD).

Looking forward to the background to hook you into being an agent for the druids.
