Great. I'll see about making a character. I donated my 1st edition stuff away years ago so I will have to use the OSIC. I'll make a few rolls but you'll have to let me know for some things, like secondary skills for example. Can we do weapon specialization?

2. You can fight with two weapons with a Bastard Sword in one hand and a Hand Axe in the other, with penalties of 0/-1, but remember that a Bastard Sword, when wielded in one hand, functions as a Long Sword only. You don't get the higher damage.

I was wondering what your interpretation of that would be. Do to the comments position I thought it was mainly in regards to bastard sword much better Armor class adjustements. Regardless I'll stick with the bastard sword, gives me more options.

1. Languages: You can't learn any more. A half-elf needs an Intelligence of higher than 16 to learn additional languages.

I see my spellbook is done randomly. That's fine, but what about the cleric spells? I had picked Cure Light Wounds (2) Protection from Evil. Is that all right?

Cleric spells aren't random; you can just choose from the list. It's only the magic-user's spellbook that is random (but without chance-to-learn penalties) at start.
