im going to attempt a riddick type character. im going to go with a rogue using dual daggers if anyone knows what his knives are actually called it would be helpful. im going to have my friend who is a wizard cast arcane sight and give me a scroll of permanency. so i can get my eyes "shined" and im going to get a pair of goggles with a negate magic field so that when i wear them i have normal sight. heres the full character sheet. im not sure about the feats and skills anyone have a critique over my choices?

You want his eyes "Shined"? Run him as an Underdark native with Darkvision and the the light sensitivity problem that such creatures suffer. The rest is "special effect".

And yes, I believe that the game includes goggles to protect such creatures from bright light.

Everything else is aptitude and attitude.

Yeah i could do that but i like the thought of a rogue who specializes in stealing magical items who can always know whsts magical

Maybe instead of using daggers use Kukri's - either take the exotic weapon feat for them or take a penalty on using other weapons common to a rogue to allow you to take the kukri without the exotic weapon feat. The latter is something I would allow one of my players to do if they were keen on keeping to a theme/character concept.

Strange as it sounds, I've always thought Riddick would have at least one level of Monk given his ability to literally be a human weapon. Also, not really human given the Furyan powers, but Greenfield gave a good work around (till more powers are discovered that is). Might I add that it's incredibly frustrating to create PCs that can apparently do almost anything? There are far too many such characters in literature/film/etc. to count. :p

i could see riddick as having monk also with him using no armor. hmmm this is coming together nicely. are there any feats for improvised weapons i remember reading rules on it once before but it was a long time ago.
