Rogue's Dagger

I know there was a long thread on this but I can’t seem to find it nor can I seem to find how you look at your own posts for me to go back and find the thread that way. Assuming that is a pay service now?

Anyway, if a rogue has a dagger in his off-hand does he get the +1 to attack with his main hand that has a rapier in it?

This will be with a half-elf rogue with the ranger Twin Strike power. I know I will get it on the Twin Strike... but do I get it on every other attack with my main hand as well?

13. Rogue weapon talent requires you to “wield” a particular weapon. What does this mean?

Wielding means you must be using that weapon in the attack. Merely holding it while you attack with another weapon isn’t enough to qualify for any bonuses that result.
