I wouldn't mind halving the cover penalties, but completely ignoring them seems quite excessive and destroys a major tactical component of the game.

That's all for me, I'm completely happy with all of the remaining feats, so I'll have to leave it to others to select the eventual winner. (until it comes time to vote a feat back on anyway.)
