At Red Rock -- In Search of Yeosham Chorus

The latch turns fully and the door swings inward easily. Alarion, Braevil, and the rest see a room in great disarray, bedclothes jumbled, drawers left open or pulled completely out, water basin spilled, windows open, and wardrobe open. To all appearances, it seems that the room has been vacated in great haste, and the still-swinging wardrobe door points to these events occurring quite recently.

Alarion of Tovarre

"That dastardly villain... someone may wish to search this room, but we may yet be able to catch him!"

Alarion musters all the speed he can in a fully-armored sprint for the keep's entrance. (Very subtle, I know...)

 

[Leif]

At Red Rock -- In Search of Yeosham Chorus

Alarion turns, muscles through the band of adventurers piled up behind him on the doorstep to Yeosham Chorus's bedchamber, and begins running as well as he can manage toward the front(?)* door of Red Rock.

OOC: Helfdan, make an Athletics check, for Alarion's "run" toward the keep's front(?) door.

Errr no Athletics skill in 3.5, boss. Should we roll initiative and compare speeds? Dex check? Maybe a Strength check as Alarion bulls his way through? [/sblock]

At Red Rock -- Yeosham Chorus

When Alarion bursts through the front door of Red Rock, Yeosham Chorus is nowhere to be seen. Alarion exits the house and starts down the broad steps, and still there is no sign of Yeosham Chorus.

Raul lounging at Red Rock

Raul hears the echoing commotion of someone running like the devil down a staircase, but he sees no one on the staircase in front of him. Shortly, however, he ios greeted by the up-close-and-personal commotion of a heavily-armored Constable Alarion (followed closely by Brae) running down the front staircase (almost going a$$ over teakettle) and heading out the front door. He didn't even stop to chat, either!
