Scourge of Worlds Info

Confession time: I picked D&D up my senior year in high school. 3E was already out. I've never played anything pre-3E nor have I bought any such products. I have, however, soaked up just about every new non-Living Greyhawk WOTC supplement that's came out since I started playing.

While watching Scourge of Worlds last week, I noticed that I had heard the term "Suel" thrown around before. Being as I'm not a Greyhawk player (I'm too much of an obsessive control freak when it comes to rpgs and must create my own "original" campaigns), I know only bits and pieces of its history. I know nothing about the Suel. Since I'm also an obsessive information junkie, this bugs me and I'm driven to find out what I'm missing.

Any info/links to info on the Suel and anything else connected to Scourge of Worlds such as the constantly mentioned god I'm not familiar with, Dreadwood and Darkhaven would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The Suel or Sueloise are a race of humans.... sub-types.... for Greyhawk , like the Oeridians, Baklunish or Flann...

They are the cause of the Invoked Devastation against the Baklunish, who in retaliation summoned the Rain of Colorless fire which in turn destroyed the Sueloise Empire (located where present day Sea of Dust is located)

The Scarlet Brotherhood are a group of pure Suel people...as are the three barbarians tribes in the north east of Oerik.

I have not "updated" it in a year or so.... I tried to keep to "canon" of course, there were some dates that were conflicting. In those cases I used the "newest" information for it.

Please let me know if I missed anything or if info is incorrect... I try to keep it as real as possible....
