Seeking assistance

The scrap of paper is very small, stuck by a tiny pin at the bottom left hand corner of the board, with porportionally tiny print upon it. One would not be able to read it unless they were to remove it from the board and examine it closely. The ink itself is a solid black, ten pound iron based.

An item of high value has been removed from my possession. I am seeking competent assitance in the repossession of said item. Those who aid successfully will be rewarded handsomely. Those interested will leave a message on this board and they will be contacted.
