Is it possible to Sneak Attack using a ray, touch attack, or a ranged touch attack?

Unless the spell caused a physical effect that caused internal injury like the stab of a dagger or bite of an arrow I would say no to this.

nearly. Any spell that requires an attack role AND deals HP damage. Some spells require a too hit role, but don't deal damage, such as Enervation.

That's true... I don't think a spell which required a ranged attack and dealt attribute damage would qualify for sneak attack...

Enevation deals additional negative energy damage.

you mean it deals 1d4 + what ever in negative levels? or 1d4 + what ever in negative energy?
