[Star Trek: The Next Generation]Episode Question

Anybody remember an episode of TNG where Picard is stuck in a turbolift, with a group of children, and he gives the children ranks to keep their morale up (and to encourage them to help him get them out), calling the oldest child 'No 1'. I can't find it in any of the episode guides on the web.

Assuming I didn't make it up (and I'm pretty sure I didn't), someone out there with a better memory than me must have seen it, right?

Yeah, and one of those times it made even an android cursed.

And you would think that after that, Starfleet would not even consider re-instating seat belts. Bad enough we can't find a decent toilet on them ships (gawd knows if they resorted to using the transporter pads for waste removal)...
