My soon to be 13 year old son has been playing 5E with me in one of my games at least since the Next Playtest. He's also really into Stranger Things, so of course for his 13th Birthday, he got the Stranger Things Starter Set.
His copy has all of the pages in the rulebook out of order. For instance, page 8 is followed by 17. There are quite a few pages like this, looking like when the pages were stacked for stapling, they were stacked in the wrong order first.
At first, we even thought it might be on purpose to fit the show theme, but we realized it really is a mistake.
Just wondering if anyone else has picked this set up and seen a similar problem. I've already contacted WotC and they are sending a replacment booklet, but I'm curious if this is a one-off mistake, or if it's more wide spread.
