D&D 5E Superheroes and Supervillains as 5e Builds

I figured that a fun exercise in theorycrafting would be to fit some of our beloved superheroes and reviled supervillains into D&D 5e character builds.

First rule is that you have to use point-buy or standard array. This is purely to keep a measure of balance between all examples. Plus, it allows any builds that would be considered AL legal to see actual play.

The only other rule is that the only allowed materials have to come WotC. This means that UA articles are fair game, but 3PP stuff from DMsGuild isn't. If you have to change the race of the character to fit within the 5e ruleset, that's fine. I had to do so with the example below.

Other than that, feel free to list any feats, spells, or items that help define the build.

Blade "The Drow Daywalker"
Half-elf (Half-drow, but no trait swap) Outlander background
Starting Stats: Str 10 Dex 16 Con 14 Int 8 Wis 16 Cha 10
Rogue 2/Open Hand Monk 6/Thief Rogue 14
ASI/Feat: Mobile (Monk 4), +4 Dex (Rogue 4/8), +4 Wis (Rogue 10/12)
Ideal Gear: Sun Blade, Goggles of Night (extends DV to drow range and analogue for trademark sunglasses), Cloak of Elvenkind (analogue for trademark trenchcoat)

Oliver Queen "The Emerald Archer"
VHuman Noble background
Starting Stats: Str 8 Dex 16 Con 14 Int 8 Wis 16 Cha 10
Rogue 2/Hunter Ranger 5 (Colossus Slayer/Archery FS)/Thief Rogue 15

Ideal Gear: +X Longbow, +X Rapier, Cloak of Elvenkind, Hat of Disguise
Spells: Hunter's Mark, Goodberry, and anything that can be an analogue to Green Arrow's Trick Arrows
