Teleporting enemies question

The 7th level wizard encounter power twist of space allows you to teleport targets in a burst 3 spaces.

I couldn't find any limitations around teleporting enemies (unlike other types of forced movement). There is no save to prevent being teleported into a hazard or any recourse to the effect other than having the attack miss.

This seems to be too powerful, as it makes teleportation a sort of optimized form of forced movement. Are there rules around limitations of the teleport effect when used against enemies?

You're right. By the rules, there is no limitation on where you place the targets (even in mid-air) unlike forced movement.

Best to ask your DM though.

And something to keep in mind is that what you use against the bad guys, the bad guys can use against your party...
