OK. I'm not going to list all the dead/retired/inactive characters in Riveria - at last count there's been 193 logged party-member characters, both PC and NPC, over an 11-year game - and that's just too many, so I'll just list what's active and (mostly) alive at the moment, and a very few significant retirees. Riveria uses the FR world as a basis, with the NW corner *completely* modified to pretty much homebrew status; it's a modified-1e-based game. Most players run 2 PC's at a time, so when one dies there's still something to do...

Enterprise Company, Party J (Saturday):

Munin - Human Ranger 10
Myra - Human Bard 9 (about to be 10)
Diora - Part-Elf War Cleric* 10
Rohn - Human Fighter 9 (about to be 10)
Leshendra - Barbarian** Thief 11
Pnyum - Human Magic-User 7 (about to be 8, probably about to retire)
Dakiell - Human Fighter 8
He'is - Human Fighter 10 (started as Gnoll, became Hobgoblin, then Human)
Marlu - (mostly) Human Magic-User 9/War Cleric 3
Nashanna - Elf Nature Cleric 9 (Nature Cleric is a fancy way of saying Druid)
Trilby - Hobbit Nature Cleric 10
Ketall - Human Fighter 5, NPC, hench to Marlu via Deck of Many Things card pull
Lanefan - Human Fighter 10, NPC. (yes, the guy I'm named after here; about to retire)

Inactive but significant:
Mrikle - Gnome Illusionist 10
Pearl - Gnome Magic-User 10
S'nel'be - Gnome War Cleric 10
Chiron - Centaur Fighter 9

Enterprise Company Party K (Sunday):

Araglas - Elf Fighter 11 (spec. archer)
Throg - Human Fighter 9
Tovan - Human Cleric 9
Katten - Elf Illusionist 6/Thief 6
Throy - Dwarf Fighter 9
Phoenix - Human Magic-User 7
Varis - Elf Nature Cleric 8 (dead, about to be revived)
Rockheart - Dwarf War Cleric 7 (dead, about to be revived)
Sven - Barbarian Thief 7 (just joined last session)

Inactive but significant:
Calion - Elf Fighter 7/Thief 8 (the only remaining character from session 1)
Tylara - Elf Fighter 9

* - War Cleric is a homebrew class of Clerics that get better battle-oriented spells and worse curing, and usually have to charge into melee to get their combat spells to work.
** - Barbarian is a sub-race of Human, rather than a class.

(while the above is accurate now, there'll be a lot of change in the next few weeks as some players are switching games and - of course - pulling their PC's with them)

And, Beory - the game I play in - a modified 3.0 game using Greyhawk setting pretty much stock, run since 2001:

Company of the Green Cloak (Friday):

Naug - Dwarf Cleric 10
Stomrik - Elf Sorceror 10
Grun - Human Fighter 9 (spec. archer)
Appppil - Part-Elf Illusionist 10 (mine)
Bjarnni - Human Ranger 8/Cleric 1 (mine; tank, allowed to drop 2-wpn fight for heavy armour use)
Dexter - Human Fighter 8
Niual - (Part?)-Elf Rogue 8
Arnod - Human Illusionist 4/Druid 4, NPC, cohort to Appppil via Leadership
Levayn - Elf Wizard 10, NPC
xxxxx - Human(?) Druid 7 (just joined last session and I've forgotten its name)

Inactive but significant:
Mungo - Human Monk 9/Cleric 1

Our newest campaign group (just hit Level 2) is unnamed, but they are an unusual group. No healing, limited magic and melee damage. They get owned by Kobolds...

Gnome Warlock
Gnome Swashbuckler
Halfling Rogue
Gnome True Namer
Sun Elf Telepath

Their first adventure was wildly amusing.

Not everything is D&D around here, just most of it. We are not using the bunk cards choosing to run it with a bit more modern rules set.
Indeed, not everything's D&D. I remember you were searching for some Changeling supplements to complete your collection at some point, and you were thinking of running the game. I'm glad to see they're now finding some use! :)

Well, I have a complete collection now. Then we put off the game because of the convention season and friends were getting married. Now we have a great game!!

Pretty strange that the clerics in both groups died and were reincarnated as orcs, eh? Dice are funny that way, I suppose.
